Fiberglass parts are usually shipped within 2 working days and no longer than 5 working days of receiving cleared payment.

Carbon fiber parts are usually shipped within 2 working days and no longer than 10 working days of receiving cleared payment depending on stock availability. Special order Carbon parts are made on order and dispatch can take up to 4 weeks. We always recommend to quote for item availability before buying

Shipping Policy

All foreign buyers must quote for the shipping price before buying as shipping price to your area is not necessarily accurate in the item listing.

Our parts are made to order, we do not stock our parts. Fiberglass items are usually dispatched within 1-3 weeks of receiving a cleared payment. Carbon fiber parts are usually dispatched within 2-4 weeks of receiving cleared payment depending on stock availability.

We normally take out enhanced liability or extra insurance to ensure the products being carried by the courier service are fully insured up to their value.

Buyers phone number has to be provided for the Courier upon purchase.

All UK parcels are shipped by Next day delivery service.

All international parcels are shipped by Standard Tracked International Shipping (3-9 working days) unless you request Express Shipping (1-5 working days).

All the parcels are subject to Customs Inspection (if applicable) which can take up to 15 working days. All Custom fees and charges are paid by buyer.

If parcel delivery fails due to the incorrect address, postcode, phone number or absence of the recipient, the re-delivery costs are covered by the buyer.

We are not liable for any damages or missing parcels that occur during transit, yet our parcels are fully covered.

Returns Policy

We only accept returns if the wrong item was supplied, item is defected or damaged during the transit.

If a wrong or damaged item is received, you must give us a notice within 2 working days of the item delivery date, otherwise your claim may not be accepted.

Any returns due to change of mind will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds or replacement items will only be processed after the wrong/damaged item is returned back to us in the same condition as received.

You are responsible for the packaging, shipping and full item insurance of the returning part.

We test fit every part and guaranty perfect fit to the car, yet some items might need slight adjustments to fit well, especially when joined with other aftermarket body panels on your vehicle.

All our products have to be fitted by professionals. We are not liable for any damage caused to the item during installation and fitting process.

No tools, fitting equipment or accessories are included in sale when purchased unless stated otherwise.

Some pictures may have have optional parts fitted on/under/by the actual item. It is your responsibility to read the item description and understand which items are included in sale.
